The cleanliness.
The prices for everything were extremely unreasonable. And there was a service charge for anything and everything.

The hotel was too expensive, on all fronts. Parking was non existent and 23.00 for parking is absurd.

One of the nicest we've stayed in, very luxurious!

Hoity attitude of staff, mentioned fine for smoking in rooms three times.

Horrible location and an
arrogant staff. No wonder it was practically empty.
